How much does the show cost?
Our show is completely free and complimentary for our booked couples and two of their guests. Prospective Birch Hill brides and grooms are allowed 2 tickets per person and $5 per additional guest. Please talk to your sales manager to sign up if you are already booked with Birch Hill.
Will I be able to meet my sales manager in private during the show?
Due to the high volume of guests, our sales managers will not be able to schedule a day of personal tours and appointments. However, when they chat with you during the show, they would love to set up an appointment or tour for a future date.
Will I be able to tour Stablegate Barn + Vineyards at the show?
You bet! Stablegate Barn will be open for a self-guided tour, the winery will be open for refreshments.
Will I be able to make a payment toward a future event or a deposit toward a new one while I’m at Birch Hill for the show?
Yes!
Do I have to arrive at the time slot that I register for?
Due to the increasing popularity of our show, we kindly ask you to arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. This will help ease the flow of the event for all of the guests and partners—providing you with the best possible experience. If you do arrive substantially early, you may be asked to wait in the lobby until other guests exit.
