1. Ensuring a Seamless Guest Experience? 

The first thing you need to know is if the vineyard venue can comfortably host your guest list. At our estate, we offer several options: our Original Dutch Barn fits up to 140 guests, the Cozy Lodge accommodates 100, and our serene non-denominational chapel is perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 50.

Ask the coordinator how the 'flow' of the day works. Can you move seamlessly from an outdoor ceremony in the Vineyard Grove to a cocktail hour at a satellite rodeo bar? Knowing the logistics helps you visualize the guest experience at each location you visit.

2. Is there a Back-up Plan for Inclement Weather?

Outdoor ceremonies are a hallmark of any vineyard wedding, but the weather doesn't always cooperate. Always ask about the "Plan B." Whether you're dreaming of a ceremony at Hudson 360 with panoramic Catskill views or a garden setting, ensure the venue has a tented option or an indoor space like our historic barn that is just as beautiful as the outdoors.

3. What is Included in the Rental Package?

Not every wedding venue is full-service. You should strictly ask for a breakdown of what the fee covers. Our barn rental includes five hours of private use, all tables, chairs, linens, and even day-of coordination. Many places charge extra for these basics, so getting a clear list helps you compare one winery wedding venue to another effectively.

4. Can We Customize the Menu and Bar?
