A Letter from The Operator: 

First off, thank you for considering us to celebrate one of the biggest days of your life with you; and congratulations on your engagement! My name is Val Feldman and my family has been catering in the Albany area since 1936, so we have had 4 generations worth of experience making couples like your dreams come true.

We understand that so many decisions go into your big day, and we want to be there for you every step of the way. With over 85 years of experience under our belt, and a top notch team, you can trust that we are equip to ensure that you and your families can sit back, relax and enjoy the party!

There are so many different options for you to choose from, and everything is 100% customizable to your style, preference and budget. Choose from our different venues, menus and bar options (and were always open incorporating your latest Pinterest inspo). Ask about all the fun and creative ways to create a full wedding weekend here for you and your guests.   
Our specialty ranges from small, intimate and rustic celebrations, to as elaborate of an affair that your heart desires. Our site offers onsite ceremonies amongst the vineyards, and horse pastures. We also are LGBT owned and operated so if your question is if we welcome and accommodate you, our answer is, of course we do!

What's Included in our Venue Rental?

Capacity for up to 140 guests in our Original Dutch Barn, 100 in our Cozy Lodge or 50 at "the Chapel"

5 hours of private use of Stable Gate Farm and Winery. One Hour for arrival and ceremony, and four hours of service (cocktail, dinner and dancing). Events must end promptly at 10pm


All Tables, chairs, linens, service, set up, and break down (we are full service caterers!)

Fire Pit with ADK chairs for you and your guests to enjoy 

Bathrooms onsite inside the barn and lodge


Ceremony Rehearsal the day before and Day of Coordination 


Tons of recommended vendors that we work with on a regular basis 


Onsite parking for up to 120+ cars


Bridal loft or access to "brooms room" pre-ceremony for final touches and throughout the evening 

Consider these extras:

  • Outdoor Cocktail Hour with Rodeo Bar

  • Hudson 360 Ceremony ($1,500 including chairs, maintenance of grounds and trolley) or The Grove ($750 including chairs, maintenance of the grounds and trolley), or our non-demomonational chapel ($250 up to 50 guests) 

  • Champagne Toast or Champagne Greet

  • Pre Ceremony Cocktail Hour at the Winery

  • Rehearsal Dinner + Farewell Brunch at the Winery

  • Tented Cocktail Hour or Tented Reception

  • Second groom / "brooms room" rental available 

  • Golf cart rental with driver 

  • Bathroom trailer (recommended for excess of 120ppl)

where's the bar? 


we have sooo many different bar options! Invite your guests for an optional hosted/or not "pre ceremony cocktail hour" with locally crafted libations at the Winery!  Add our Satellite Rodeo Bar following the ceremony 


 grape vineyard, mountain vista or chapel ceremony?


Choose from our Vineyard Ceremony in the Grove, or send your guests on a trolley up to Hudson 360 with amazing views of the catskill mountains. If a more traditional style ceremony is more your style we can accommodate you in our non denominational chapel .5 miles down the road! 

full wedding weekend out on the farm? 


yes please! marianate in the wedding vibes all weekend long. Host a rehearsal dinner, offer hospitality bags, estate favors, farewell brunches + more!!
